Would you like to house food for your patients within your clinic? Please note that housing food within your clinic requires you to pick up your food from Blazer Kitchen to transport to your clinic and follow food storage and safety guidelines.
Will you accept USDA food items? USDA offers the healthiest and most consistent source of food. Please keep in mind that accepting USDA food items requires annual documentation for each patient.
What type of food items do you need and in what amounts? Please keep in mind that we are currently limited by the Community Food Bank of Central Alabama's inventory and occasional donation drives.
Are there any restrictions on food items your patients can receive? Please keep in mind that Blazer Kitchen receives food from the Community Food Bank of Central Alabama that may be outside of the Best By date, however, it is still within the Expiration Date.
How often do you anticipate ordering new food? Please keep in mind that Blazer Kitchen is closed for all UAB designated holidays. The Community Food Bank also has designated holidays and closures.
