We’re so excited to welcome Brandi Lamon-Pinkerton, Ph.D., to UAB Advancement. Brandi is joining the team as the Executive Director of Constituent Engagement for the UAB Medicine Advancement.

In this role, she will be responsible for managing constituent relations activities, designing and implementing systems for facilitating a constituent-centric experience and sustaining HSOM constituency partnerships.

Brandi joins us with more than 18 years of experience in higher education. Throughout her career, she has led and developed quality improvement engagements, customer service initiatives, and strategic communications.

Although new to Advancement, Brandi has spent nearly eight years of her career on campus, including leading the launch and implementation of One Stop Students Services in 2012. Most recently, Brandi served as a Senior Director of Development in the College of Arts and Sciences at the University of Alabama.

Brandi earned a doctorate in higher education and a master’s in communication studies from the University of Alabama as well as a Bachelor’s in Communication Arts from the University of North Alabama.
