In this role, Constantine will conduct thorough research analysis to identify corporate and foundation partners for various clinical and academic initiatives at UAB. She will work closely with our Corporate and Foundation Relations office to produce profiles and comprehensive lists of corporate and foundation suspects for fundraisers.  

Although she’s new to full-time employment with Advancement, Constantine is joining with experience. During her undergraduate studies at UAB, Constantine worked as a student assistant for Prospect Research from 2019-2021. After she received her bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, she joined a managed care company as an administrator, where she gained valuable insight on the processes of inpatient/outpatient hospital stays. Through this experience, Constantine worked closely with physicians, case managers, insurance companies and lawyers to create medical records and create and close cases.

Constantine describes herself as a true Alabama girl as she was born and raised in the state and has lived in multiple different cities—including Hale and Greene County, Decatur and Irondale. You can catch her attention by talking music, food recipes or anything related to the 90s.
