Congratulations are in order to Kevin Davis, who recently accepted the position of Program Director for the HSOM development team after serving as a Development Coordinator since October 2022.

As Program Director, Kevin will work closely with Assistant Vice President for UAB Medicine Advancement Megann Bates Cain and provide logistical support for ongoing Advancement projects within the Heersink School of Medicine and UAB Medicine.

In his time as a Development Coordinator, Kevin supported three gift officers in achieving fundraising goals for 11 divisions within the Department of Medicine, as well as goals for the Comprehensive Diabetes Center, the Hugh Kaul Precision Medicine Institute, the Comprehensive Transplant Institute, the Civitan International Research Center, and other departments including Pediatrics, Dermatology, Radiology, and Anesthesiology.

“Kevin has been a consummate professional and dedicated team player for the UAB Medicine Advancement team for over a year now,” Megann said. “I’m thrilled he’s continuing to share his time and talents with our team and supporting the team with his phenomenal administrative skillset.”
