We are so excited to welcome Tracy Thomas to UAB Advancement. Thomas is joining us as a graphic designer for the Heersink School of Medicine development team. In this role, she will be responsible for creating visually appealing and engaging print and digital media designs, including advertisements, publications, posters, flyers, brochures, websites, and corporate communications.

This role requires a high level of creativity, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Prior to UAB, Thomas worked in graphic design for BlueCross and BlueShield of Alabama, Birmingham-Southern College, and L.M. Berry & Company—a division of BellSouth. She graduated from Birmingham-Southern with a degree in marketing and received a Master of Science in marketing and strategic management from Purdue University.

Thomas lives in Fairfield, Alabama. In her free time, she loves to cook, paint, garden, and spend time with her friends and family.
