Journey Back to Antarctica: Survival Secrets of the Antarctic Sea
The UAB in Antarctica adventure has ended, and the researchers have come home to America, where they will continue studying the results of their two-month scientific expedition at Palmer Station. Thanks to everyone who followed the expedition and who interacted with our team through the WOW! site by sending e-mails, all of which were forwarded to the researchers.
Special thanks to Dee Hellmers and her class at Hall-Kent Elementary School in Homewood, Alabama, and Sherry Ledlow and her class at Bryan Elementary in Morris, Alabama, both for incorporating WOW! into their teaching. Thanks also to Sherry's class for sending along their class mascot, Bryan Bear.
Please stay tuned to WOW!, the first university Web site of its kind, for more groundbreaking research at UAB!
