Katricia joined Measures for Justice (MFJ) in October 2022. As a senior engagement Mmanager, Katricia is responsible for managing partner opportunities, stakeholder engagement and driving long-term impact of MFJ’s tools and products in communities.

Prior to joining MFJ, Katricia worked for Recidiviz as a state engagement manager, where she managed relationships with state departments of corrections and other criminal justice stakeholders to safely and equitably reduce the prison population. She also worked for the City of Birmingham Mayor’s Office, helping drive strategic initiatives within the Strategy Office and Office of Peace and Policy.

Katricia has a B.S. in Marketing from Alabama A&M University and an MPA from the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB).
