Godfrey Fuji Noe (PhD 2002) is Director of the Office of Institutional Research and Planning at Georgia Perimeter College in Decatur, Georgia.
As chief research officer at the college, his role includes establishing and coordinating the education and outcomes related research and analysis at GPC. Recently, he completed research with the Morehouse School of Medicine on the social and geographical dimensions of prenatal health services for low-income women in inner-city Atlanta. Dr. Noe is currently developing plans to explore the relationship between stress, education, and quality of life among first-generation college students. His future plans include continued research into the implications of religiosity on various aspects of mental health.
