T32 CPCTP Pre-doctoral Fellow

Ms. Harleen Kaur is a pre-doctoral fellow in the Department of Nutrition Sciences at the University of Alabama at Birmingham under the mentorship of Wendy Demark-Wahnefried, PhD, RD. She was awarded the Cecile Clardy Satterfield Award for Humanism in Health Care for humanitarianism, professionalism, and commitment to health care. Her research focus is to explore potential mediators and moderators of web-based interventions on lifestyle behaviors (diet and physical activity) among cancer survivors. Her research will improve our understanding of how web-based intervention(s) work and for whom they work best.
