With the Undergraduate Certificate in Organizational Communication, you can learn integral managerial skills for any business venture you take on.

Whether you are focusing on accounting, marketing, or anything in between, the addition of this certificate can allow you to further define yourself in the workforce. In fact, the Collat School of Business strives to provide specialized business training to meet the needs of the current business world. In core courses, you will sharpen your business writing skills and focus on attention to detail as well as formatting and style for professional business communication. The core curriculum also focuses on the importance of verbal and nonverbal communication, as well as global communication skills. In addition to your core curriculum, you also can take electives in highly focused managerial topics such as Talent Development or Management and Leadership in Sports and Entertainment Organizations, which both focus on highly important aspects of decision making, culture, and strategy. Other electives include high-level marketing and communications courses that enable you to gain foundational skills to help you succeed in any business environment. This undergraduate certificate is 15 credit hours.
