  • Want to attend the UAB School of Dentistry? Qualifying students may be admitted to the the Early Medical Acceptance School Program, which guarantees acceptance to UAB's medical, optometry, or dental schools.

About the Program

You're interested in one day going to dental school, and you want to give yourself the best chance of getting accepted. Our pre-dentistry track can be added to your major, strengthening your résumé and putting you on the path to a dental career.

Right off the bat, we're going to assign you a pre-health advisor. He or she will look at your specific goals, and make sure you're meeting all the necessary prerequisites and deadlines you need to stay on your track. Your classes could include biology, chemistry, organic chemistry, physics, analytic geometry, and calculus. You'll also be required to take a variety of non-science courses, such as English, social sciences and humanities, and other classes.

Delivery Methods
