The UAB School of Education is excited to introduce a new strategic plan which will guide the school through 2024. Faculty, staff and leadership of the School of Education worked diligently all year to create a strategic plan that represents the new phase in the school’s history.
As part of the strategic planning process, the school also adopted a new mission statement: “We are committed to developing and sharing knowledge to support education, health, and wellness professionals who serve diverse worlds in urban and rural contexts.” The statement best represents a new chapter in our school’s history and is the cornerstone of our new strategic plan.
