Environmental Health & Safety has launched the new EHS Assistant (EHSA) system. To ensure ease of adoption and understanding, it is rolling out in phases. During each phase, EH&S will contact and arrange an orientation followed by access to the system. Access to the system will not be granted until orientation is complete. UAB Campus Employees

If you are a campus employee, you must be enrolled in the UAB Occupational Medicine Program before you are fit-tested or are assigned a respirator for use in your workplace.

Annually thereafter, you must update your medical status and/or be fit-tested as indicated below:

 Yes, go to question 2.

 No, enroll here.

 Have you completed an Initial Respirator Use Form within the last year?

 Yes, go to question 3.
