My name is Sunya Reddy and I am a junior in the University Honors Program studying Public Health and minoring in Spanish and Chemistry. I’m in a psychiatric research lab under Dr. Li Li that focuses on how early life stress and childhood trauma might be associated with depression, glucose metabolism, and other physical health problems like blood pressure. I’ve been in this lab since my freshman year, and I’m really excited to continue working on our new projects this year! I’m also involved with a few other organizations on campus, like the Undergraduate Student Government Association, the Multicultural Greek Council, and the Spanish Club. In my free time, I love to travel! Since I don't get to do that as much during the school year, I like to take random drives on weekends with my friends and see where we end up. It's fun taking in a new place and exploring what it has to offer!
