Biography

 Dr. Hilary Beason completed medical school at the University of Alabama at Birmingham Heersink School of Medicine. Afterwards she pursued emergency medicine residency at Albert Einstein Medical Center, followed by an emergency ultrasound fellowship at University of Alabama at Birmingham. She worked at Baptist Health Systems, serving as an ultrasound director for the internal medicine residency program as well as Director of Emergency Medicine Ultrasound for the emergency medicine fellowship program, before returning to UAB, where she serves as Assistant Professor in the Department of Emergency Medicine.
