UAB Medicine will host Maternal Health for All 2025: Maternal Health in Focus, an event focused on maternal health and infant mortality, on April 16, 2025, at 5 p.m. at Sidewalk Film Center & Cinema.
The evening will feature a screening of Toxic, a compelling documentary that explores the intersection of chronic stress, maternal health and infant mortality.
Following the screening, attendees will have the opportunity to engage in a dynamic panel discussion featuring healthcare experts, community advocates, and maternal health professionals. The panelists include:

- Jasmine Maye, BSN, RN – Clinical Care Coordinator, UAB OB/GYN
- Jessica T. Chambliss, Ph.D., MPH – UAB School of Public Health
