Bio
I was born at a very young age, spending my formative and many subsequent years in the beautiful state of Utah. I grew up spoiled, skiing "The Greatest Snow on Earth," and enjoying the renowned National Parks Southern Utah offers. I met my wife during undergrad at BYU, and was married with two children before beginning medical school. Since that time we have added two more children to our crew! I was fortunate enough to match in the Integrated Interventional Radiology program at UAB, where I have trained under the auspices of many talented attendings and colleagues, including my co-integrated IR resident Dr. Eric Keasler, who believes his procedural skills are unmatched. My family and I love our home life in the suburbs outside of Birmingham. We've found many beautiful outdoor adventures to enjoy. Our current post-training plans include a job with Radiology Associates, PA, working in Northwest Arkansas.

What do you love most about being a UAB Radiology Resident?
UAB checks all the boxes in terms of hospital size, presence of subspecialists, and volume, but the camaraderie among both trainees and attendings is UAB Radiology's greatest strength! I have absolutely enjoyed my time with fellow trainees but also enjoy interactions with our faculty. The atmosphere is very collegial. I have always felt supported.
