Bio

Coming from a small town in south Louisiana, working hard and partying harder has always been my life's motto. I stayed in Louisiana to play college football at the University of Louisiana-Lafayette and subsequently switched over to LSU for medical school. Living in Alabama for residency was my first time living outside of Louisiana (which you can imagine was not easy for an LSU Tiger), however I couldn't pass up the opportunity to train alongside Tanner Nielson, Radiology protege from Jackson, MS. In my spare time outside the hospital you can find me exercising, watching sports, playing golf, hanging out with friends/family, cooking, hiking, and brewery hopping at all the sweet places in Birmingham.

What do you love most about being a UAB Radiology Resident?

Our insane spectrum of volume and pathology is one of the best in the country. When you couple that with our huge emphasis on wellness, amazing co-residents/faculty, and the great city of BHAM, UAB Radiology is impossible to beat!
