Bio

I grew up in suburbia Atlanta, finding ways to spend time outdoors when not playing video games growing up. Once in college, I became much more active and found myself becoming interested in many topics. Since then, I've found myself acquiring more hobbies and activities, ranging from culinary escapades to outdoor adventures involving both travel and sports. In my free time you can currently find me fermenting something or designing a retaining wall for my wife and I's yard.

What do you love most about being a UAB Radiology Resident?

I love the sincere culture that UAB residents and faculty have created. Everyone is so relaxed and accepting of others, it really helps you feel welcome on day 1. I also feel extremely confident in the education I'm receiving, even though I've only been here for a few months. The pathology is truly unparalleled, and I know I'll be prepared for many career pathways, from academics to private practice and everything in-between.
