Nancy S. Pile, M.D. received her undergraduate degree from the University of the South in Sewanee, TN followed by medical school at Albany Medical College, Albany, NY. She completed her residency at Baptist Medical Center, Birmingham, AL followed by a breast imaging fellowship at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Dr. Pile joined the Radiology Department at UAB following her fellowship. Dr. Pile has served as Chief of Breast Imaging at the University of Louisville and was the Director of Breast Imaging at Norton Hospital in Louisville, KY before coming back to the Radiology Department at UAB where she serves as a Clinical Professor in the Breast Imaging Section.
