Glenn H. Roberson, MD graduated from Baylor University where he was a National Merit Scholar and in the Honors Program, after which he completed a Medical Doctor’s degree at the University of Texas, Southwestern. Dr. Roberson was a resident at Baylor Hospital, Dallas, Texas followed by a residency and fellowship in neuroradiology at Mallinckrodt Institute of Radiology where he served as head of neuroradiology in 1971. Dr. Roberson has held several progressive positions at Harvard University to include Instructor of Radiology, Assistant Professor of Radiology and Associate Professor of Radiology. He was Chief of Neuroradiology at Massachusetts General Hospital from 1974 - 1977. Dr. Roberson has also served as Chair of Radiology, Albany Medical Center in Albany, NY and Medical Director of Computerized Medical Imaging in Sherman Oaks California. Additionally he served as Chair of Radiology at Texas Tech University at Lubbock, Texas. Over a long illustrious career, Dr. Roberson has authored or co-authored 102 peer-reviewed articles and 12 book chapters. He completed a master degree in Medical Management at the University of Texas in Dallas in 2000. He served as an oral examiner for the American Board of Radiology. Additionally Dr. Roberson continues to mentor residents, fellows and junior faculty with energy and enthusiasm. He is currently the consultant in neuroradiology for the journal of Neuro ophthalmology. Dr. Roberson holds memberships in several national organizations including the American Board of Radiology, American College of Radiology, American Society of Neuroradiology, American Medical Association, Radiological Society of North America, Association of University Radiologists, American Roentgen Ray Society, The American Society of Head and Neck Radiology and the Medical Society of State of Alabama.
