CAMBAC

Comprehensive Arthritis, Musculoskeletal, Bone and Autoimmunity Center(CAMBAC) hopes to generate new understanding of the mechanisms of arthritis, musculoskeletal, bone, and autoimmune diseases and apply this knowledge to improve the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of these conditions. The Center also wants to promote and integrate fundamental, translational, and clinical research with clinical care of patients with arthritis, musculoskeletal, bone, and autoimmune diseases, and to train future investigators and health care professionals in arthritis, musculoskeletal, bone, and autoimmune diseases.

COERE

The mission of the UAB COERE is to build and maintain a successful program of research targeted at improving the quality and outcomes of health care. The scope of outcomes research is broad, requiring a multidisciplinary approach. A University-Wide Interdisciplinary Research Center sponsored by the Schools of Business, Dentistry, Health Professions, Medicine, Nursing, Optometry, Public Health, and Social and Behavioral Sciences, the COERE brings together the clinical, biomedical, quantitative, behavioral, and social sciences researchers, offering a range of expertise.
