Activities and events on the UAB campus are canceled or postponed due to COVID-19

Many events, including concerts by students and faculty, visits by guest artists and exhibitions may be rescheduled in the future, but the timeline for decisions on when that may occur is unknown.

ASCcoronavirus2In an effort to minimize the spread of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), activities and events on the UAB campus have been canceled. For the latest updates on UAB’s response to COVID-19 and health information, visit www.uab.edu/coronavirus.

UAB academics will operate in an online/alternative format, and in-person instruction will not be possible for the remainder of the spring semester.

Many events, including concerts by students and faculty, visits by guest artists and exhibitions may be rescheduled in the future, but the timeline for decisions on when that may occur is unknown.  

This is an unprecedented situation, but UAB remains committed to minimizing disruptions while keeping health and safety our top priority. Additional details will be communicated as they are available.
