UAB Eye Care, the clinical operation of the University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Optometry, is holding its annual fall trunk show for eyewear Friday, Oct. 23, 8:30 a.m.-5 p.m. at its optical department in the Henry Peters Building, 1716 University Blvd.
Representatives from well-known brands including Ray-Ban, Coach, Europa and Vera Bradley will share the latest in eyeglass styles and materials. This free event is open to the public.
UAB employees are allowed to use funds via payroll deduction or their flex-spending accounts on either prescription or nonprescription eyewear. UAB students and employees are also eligible for discounts.
