This ranking was created using data from U.S. News & World Report. Points were assigned based on the following criteria: likelihood of acceptance, cost of attendance, college ranking, peer assessment score and accreditation. The top 20 programs were selected and ranked based on total number of points earned.
The Master of Science in Nursing program offers more than 15 specialty tracks, including clinical nurse leader, nurse anesthesia, nursing education, nursing informatics, and nursing and health systems administration. The Clinical Nurse Leader specialty trains graduate nursing students as advanced practice nurses to work in a range of health care settings. The Nursing Health Systems Administration specialty provides students with opportunities to investigate and understand state-of-the-art health care delivery systems in preparation for employment roles ranging from unit managers to executive positions.
