On “Wallflower,” Krall has recorded a collection of songs from the 1960s to today. This show is expected to sell out; a limited number of tickets are still available.

UAB presents civil rights community forum with U.S. Department of Justice’s Vanita Gupta on March 17
As the highest-ranking civil rights officer in the DOJ, Gupta will offer her perspective and ideas on civil rights issues. A question-and-answer session will follow.
The evening will feature California Guitar Trio and Montreal Guitar Trio performing arrangements of classical works and innovative takes on rock standards.
The commission will present awards for 2015’s Outstanding Women and present a free lecture by leadership expert Betsy Myers.
The Concert Choir will perform at high schools and churches in Shelby County, Birmingham, Florence, Madison and Decatur and in Smyrna and Nashville, Tennessee.
Juror Michael Velliquette will lecture at 5 p.m. Friday, March 13, followed by a free opening reception.
The world’s most prestigious halls feature Meyer audio systems, including Eastman Kodak Hall, Lincoln Center and Carnegie Hall, and the ASC has joined that club of excellence and discrimination. 
Holden will work with students as they prepare for the department’s production of “Avenue Q” and will give his one-man performance, “The Joshua Show.”
