Howard is a Professor of Management, focusing on Human Resource Management and Employee Rights. He has served on several editorial boards and published more than 30 peer review journal articles. His research encompasses empirical and theoretical work, as well as both qualitative and quantitative research.
Howard has received research awards at several institutions and from conferences, as well as having received teaching awards from each university where he has taught.
