Kase is one of only 200 maxillofacial prosthodontists in the country. He works with head and neck oncology surgeons, radiation oncologists, speech pathologists, and others on UAB’s Head and Neck Cancer Team to help patients undergoing treatment.
A fellow of the American Academy of Maxillofacial Prosthetics, he serves as assistant director of the UAB Advanced Education Program in Maxillofacial Prosthetics and Dental Oncology Fellowship. Kase is author and co-author of several peer-reviewed publications, has several UAB Medcast Podcast episodes to his credit, and proudly serves the UAB community.
