The UAB Health Center Hueytown, in conjunction with the UAB Department of Emergency Medicine, now will be open two nights each week and on weekends beginning Nov. 6, 2010, to provide urgent care services to the community. The center will be open from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday and Thursday, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday and noon to 6 p.m. Sunday.
Care will be provided by UAB physicians during the extended clinic hours, and the doctors will provide high-quality urgent care services for non-life threatening illnesses and injuries.
