Stephanie Mullins Stephanie Mullins, chief financial officer at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, has been named the No. 1 Chief Financial Officer in Alabama by Finance and Investing.
Mullins has been CFO and associate vice president of Financial Affairs since 2016. In her role, Mullins manages the departments, systems and delivery of communication and training related to UAB financial policies, guidelines and procedures.
“I am very humbled and grateful to be recognized by my peers and those in the finance industry,” Mullins said. “I consider it a great honor to serve as part of the UAB family.”
She also serves as the direct point of contact for the senior vice president of Finance and Administration to the University of Alabama System Office, UA System Office of Counsel, UA System and UA sister campuses — as well as other affiliated entities related to the financial integrity and fiscal responsibility of UAB.
