Frazier has been an investigator for several National Eye Institute (NEI) Studies, and she is on the Board of Directors of Volunteer Optometric Services to Humanity (VOSH) and has taken her students on several mission trips to Nicaragua, Perú, Honduras, Costa Rica, Venezuela, Dominican Republic and Colombia.
