Zolinda Stoneman, Ph.D., professor of child and family development and director of the Institute on Human Development and Disability at the University of Georgia in Athens, will give this year’s lecture

WHAT:

 

The Civitan International Research Center and UAB Sparks Clinics will host the Simpson Ramsey Lectureship and Sparks Clinics Open House. Zolinda Stoneman, Ph.D., professor of child and family development and director of the Institute on Human Development and Disability at the University of Georgia in Athens, will give this year’s lecture, “Families and Disability: What we know – and why we don’t know more.” Following the lecture, visitors are invited to tour the newly renovated Sparks Clinics, specialized clinics which provide a broad range of services to families and individuals with or at-risk for developmental disabilities.
