The UAB M.S.N. (Master of Science in Nursing) Task Force has been named a silver-level recipient in the education category of the 2005 Alabama Quality Award Team Showcase. The award will be presented during the Alabama Quality Award Ceremony November 30 at the Bryant Conference Center, Tuscaloosa.

BIRMINGHAM, AL — The UAB M.S.N. (Master of Science in Nursing) Task Force has been named a silver-level recipient in the education category of the 2005 Alabama Quality Award Team Showcase. The award will be presented during the Alabama Quality Award Ceremony November 30 at the Bryant Conference Center, Tuscaloosa.

The M.S.N. Task Force was selected a winner for its program to develop and implement effective strategies to increase M.S.N. graduate student enrollment. The honor recognizes the team’s commitment to productivity and quality, and reflects an organizational committed to continuous improvement, according to a statement by Linda Vincent, award administrator.
