BIRMINGHAM, AL — Governor Riley’s tax and reform proposal includes his plans for education in Alabama. Issues include teacher tenure, teacher training, per-pupil spending and school administration. Scott Snyder, Ph.D., of the UAB Center for Educational Accountability is available today to discuss the plan as it relates to K-12 education and the federal No Child Left Behind Act of 2001.
Scott Snyder, Ph.D., is director of the UAB Center for Educational Accountability.
