BIRMINGHAM, AL — Josh Till, former public relations coordinator at HealthSouth Corporation, has joined the publications staff of the UAB Comprehensive Cancer Center’s Community Affair’s Office as a writer/communications specialist.

Till will work on the center’s publications, including Cancer Center Magazine and Cancer Communications newsletter. He also will be media relations liaison for the Cancer Center. At HealthSouth, he handled local media initiatives for physicians in a 15-state territory in the Southeast and Midwest. He also contributed features for Back to Health magazine with a circulation of 350,000.

A public relations major, Till received his B.A. degree magna cum laude from Auburn University in August 2002. He was tapped for the Golden Key National Honor Society, Phi Kappa Phi National Honor Society, and Who’s Who Among American Universities and Colleges. He also was active in the Auburn University Program Council.
