Edward Taub’s CI Therapy Featured on Dan Rather Reports

A program airing on Dan Rather Reports on HDNet will feature research done by Edward Taub, Ph.D., professor of psychology at UAB (University of Alabama at Birmingham). BIRMINGHAM, Ala. - A program airing on Dan Rather Reports on HDNet will feature research done by Edward Taub, Ph.D., professor of psychology at UAB (University of Alabama at Birmingham).  The program, "Mind Science", airs at 8 p.m. ET, on Tuesday, April 8.

The program investigates new findings regarding plasticity of the brain, and the brain's ability to recover following serious injury or trauma.  Taub's Constraint Induced Therapy (CI Therapy), a rehabilitation technique developed by Taub for patients following stroke, traumatic brain injury and other debilitating conditions, is featured prominently in the program.
