BIRMINGHAM, Ala. - Registration is still open for the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) Spanish Summer Camp, sponsored by the UAB Department of Foreign Languages and Literatures. The camp will be held June 2-6 at the Hulsey Center for the Arts and Humanities, 950 13th St. S.
The camp instructors teach children Spanish through immersion classes that feature dance, drama, storytelling, crafts, cooking and art. The camp is open to children ages 5-12.
Camp hours are from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Extended hours are available 8 a.m.-5 p.m. To register, or for more details, call 205-934-4652.
