BIRMINGHAM, Ala. - The UAB African-American Studies Program will present a free "First-Time Buyers" seminar 7 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 6, at the Mary Culp Hulsey Recital Hall, 950 13th St. S.
The event is for anyone seeking to purchase a home for the first time. Guest panelists will include local realtor and broker Sylvia Vinson and others who will provide helpful tips and information on purchasing a home.
