BIRMINGHAM, Ala. - A lecture by the "The Boondocks" comic strip creator, Aaron McGruder, that was scheduled for 7 p.m. Monday, Feb. 23, on the UAB campus has been canceled.
According to his publicist, McGruder had fallen behind schedule in the third season of "The Boondocks" show production and has canceled his entire tour for the winter and spring. There are no plans to reschedule the lecture at this time.
