Penthouse Conference Rooms and Entrance Lobby Calendar

There are two conference rooms located in the Penthouse of the Administration Building (14th floor). In addition, the entrance lobby to the building is available for UAB groups to advertise programs and events via an information/display table.

These rooms and the lobby table are available Monday - Friday from 7:00am to 5:00pm.

Any bookable space must be left clean or privileges for future booking may be denied.

AB Penthouse Large Conference Room

• Seating for 22 at the table (additional seating for 12 along the perimeter of room)
• Digital Projection System
• UAB Network Connected Computer
• Wireless Polycom Conference Phone (available to be checked out from AB 1030)

AB Penthouse Small Conference Room

• Seating for 18
• Polycom Conference Phone (available to be checked out from AB 1030)
• Tabletop Monitor

AB Lobby Table

• One 6ft table - no linen provided
• Up to 4 folding chairs

In order to reserve either conference room go to OUTLOOK and in the address book search for:

• AB Penthouse Large
• AB Penthouse Small
• or AB Lobby Table

To access the rooms you must check out the keys located in AB 1030
