More ways to prepare for performance evaluation period this year

Both employees and supervisors preparing to engage in respectful, caring discussions can take advantage of five new virtual, self-directed workshops on the Performance Management site under the Tools & Learning Resources tab.

Performance 101

All full-time (01) and part-time (03) staff in Workgroup A will complete their performance evaluation via the UAB Perform app. (See instructions for completing the online form here.).

All full-time (01) and part-time (03) faculty in Workgroup F will continue to have annual documentation of performance uploaded to the Performance Documentation App.
