Qualitative and mixed-method research methodologies have become very valuable tools in HIV clinical and community-based research. The UAB Center for AIDS Research is interested in developing a network of investigators and staff on campus with qualitative and mixed methods interest and/or experience.
A kick-off meeting for this group will be held 12:30 p.m. Oct. 29 in Ryals School of Public Health Building Room 107 to identify resources and expertise within the group, ways these resources may be shared and areas of need and potential growth.
Facilitators are Mirjam Colette Kempf, Ph.D, and Jessica Merlin, MD.
