Liz Lorbeer recently joined Lister Hill Library as the new associate director for content management, in which capacity she will oversee cataloging, serials, collection development and acquisitions at Lister Hill.

If faculty have comments or a recommendation for a purchase for the library collection, such as a book journal or electronic resource, call Lorbeer at 934-2460 or e-mail her at lorbeer@uab.edu.

Lorbeer also can assist those working on research projects and can help faculty who want to use Lister Hill Library’s resources as part of their curriculum.

Lorbeer, a Buffalo, N.Y., native, comes to UAB from Rush University Medical Center, where was she was the assistant director for collection development.
