Robert Mendelsohn will examine “The Economics of Climate Change” during the Lister Hill Center for Health Policy seminar series scheduled 10:30 Monday, Aug. 18 from in Heritage Hall Room 104.
Mendelsohn is a professor of economics and management at Yale University. His research focuses on valuing the environment, and his courses strive to explain how to measure society’s preferences for environmental and generally non-market services such as air pollution, recreation sites, old growth forests and greenhouse gases.
