Guidance on program flexibility for grant applicants and awardees
DOE has started to extend deadlines for funding opportunities open to research universities. Extensions are still on a case by case basis, and we recommend that researchers contact the lead program manager assigned to the funding opportunity for up to date information on due dates.
- The DOE Early Career Research Program call, due on March 16, extended to March 30th .
- The High-Energy-Density Laboratory Plasma Science funding call, due on March 16, extended until April 6th .

COPS has extended the solicitation deadline for several open grant programs due to the potential impact of jurisdictional emergency responses to COVID-19 that may cause reasonable delays for applicants. For detailed individual program information, see the grants page.
