This month the Journal of the Society of Simulation in Healthcare e-published an article written by Drs. Peterson, Watts, Epps and White entitled "Simulation Faculty Development: A Tiered Approach." The article describes the UAB facilitator development courses and our certification process. We are grateful to all the facilitators who have participated in all of our courses and particularly to those who have chosen to assist us with the continued implementation of our courses. We absolutely could not have developed this robust program without the support of all of our partners including UABMedicine and the Schools of Dentistry, Medicine, Nursing, Health Professions, Optometry, Public Health and the College of Arts and Sciences.
