The 2021 UAB Global Health Case Competition took place virtually on Saturday, February 6, 2021. Twelve teams of students representing ten schools across UAB presented to panels of judges with their recommendations and plans for addressing dengue prevention & management with a special focus on vaccine hestitancy. The case presented three countries: Vietnam, Indonesia & Cambodia. Each team focused on one of the countries. In the morning, they competed against the other teams working on the same country.

The top three teams proceed to a final round with a new panel of judges. From there, the first, second and third place positions were awarded. Congratulations to the winners and thank you to everyone for participating!
