All students must satisfy medical clearance requirements, including immunization requirements, to be medically cleared for enrollment at UAB. These must be met by January 15, 2021, to avoid a hold, which will prevent changes to registration, such as adding/dropping classes or withdrawing from a class.

A premiere submission date of January 3, 2021, ensures that all documents are processed by the stated due date. To submit immunization documents, log into BlazerNET using your Blazer ID and password and click on “Patient Portal.” Visit Medical Clearance Requirements for additional details including immunization requirements and how to submit your documents.
