We are looking forward to your return to campus! 

A few reminders of requirements to ensure that you have these tasks completed prior to your arrival to UAB.  Failure to complete these requirements will result in a hold being placed on your student record which will prevent you from registering, adding or dropping classes.

• Please ensure that you complete the COVID 19: Basic Safety Online Training within Canvas. The training will take approximately 20 minutes.
• If you are living on campus, please also complete the Housing COVID 19 Online Training. Similarly, if you do not complete this, you will be unable to check into your residence hall.
• Students must also create a Verily account to allow for the free Active Sentinel COVID testing that will take place throughout the semester. To create your account, please go to healthy.verily.com
• Students must submit their required immunization record to Student Health Services via the Patient Portal under immunizations.
