The Office of Parent and Family Services officially opened its doors in May with the sole purpose of meeting the needs and concerns of our parents and family members. This office is here to serve as a one-stop shop for family members in navigating the UAB campus, assisting with questions and concerns and providing continuous communication from the University.

Family members will have several new resources and services at their disposal, including a family-focused website at uab.edu/families; a monthly e-newsletter with important information and University updates; a dedicated email (family@uab.edu) and phone (205-975-0684) for questions and concerns; and family-focused programming, which includes a fall family weekend. The Office of Parent and Family Services is here to assist you and your student during their transition to the University and throughout their academic career at UAB.
